Withdrawal from Contract and Returns
You can return goods within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Here is how.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may, within 14 days of the day you receive the goods, withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. If you ordered several items in one order that are delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.
How to withdraw
Within the deadline, clearly notify us that you are withdrawing from the contract — by e-mail at info@mausser.net or by post to Naselje Aleša Kaple 3A, 1430 Hrastnik. You may use the form below, but it is not required. Please include your order number.
Returning the goods
Return the goods to us no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal — either by sending them to our address or by bringing them in person. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For vehicles and other heavy items, return arrangements will be agreed separately.
Return the goods undamaged and in unchanged quantity, preferably in the original packaging. You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (e.g. use off-road, fitting of tyres).
Refund
We will refund all amounts received, including basic delivery costs, no later than 14 days from receipt of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used, unless agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you provide proof that you have dispatched them.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. custom-ordered sizes or made-to-order parts), to goods that are unsuitable for return on hygiene grounds if you have opened the protective packaging (e.g. helmets and balaclavas), or in other cases provided for by ZVPot-1. Business customers (B2B) have no statutory right of withdrawal.
