Return of goods policy

1. Right of withdrawal

The buyer, who is a consumer (a natural person acquiring the goods for purposes outside his/her trade or profession), has the right to withdraw from the contract in writing, without giving any reason, within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The period starts the day after the day on which the product is received by the buyer.

2. Refund procedure

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an unequivocal statement to our email address: info@mausser.net

In your message, please state:

• the order number,
• name and surname,
• contact details
• details of the product you are returning.

You must return the goods no later than 14 days from the date of notification of withdrawal. You are deemed to have returned the goods in time if you return them before the 14-day period has expired.

3. Conditions for returning tyres

Tyres must be:

• unused,
• undamaged,
• in its original condition,
• with all attached documents (if any).

If the tyres have already been fitted or show signs of use, no refund is possible unless it is to enforce a warranty or a material defect.

4. Refund costs

The Buyer shall bear the cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed or if the product is damaged or misdelivered due to our fault.

5. Refund of the purchase price

We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice, but we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until we have received proof that you have sent the goods back.

The purchase price will be refunded in the same way as payment was made, unless the buyer expressly requests otherwise.

6. Material defect or complaint

If, upon receipt, the customer discovers that the tyres are damaged, faulty or defective, they must inform us immediately and attach photographs of the defect.

In the event of a factual error, we will:

• replacing the product,
• correcting the fault, or
• refund of the purchase price.

7. Exceptions to the refund option

No refunds for tyres that have been:

• customised orders (special orders),
• used or installed,
• mechanically damaged after acceptance.
