General Terms and Conditions

1. General provisions

The General Terms and Conditions apply to all website users and customers who make a purchase in the company’s online shop:

By using the online shop, the Customer acknowledges that he/she is aware of these General Terms and Conditions and agrees to them in full.

2. Accessibility of information

The Supplier undertakes to provide the following information to the Buyer at all times:

• company details,
• contact details for communication,
• the essential characteristics of the products,
• the price of the product, including taxes and delivery charges,
• the terms of payment, delivery and performance of the service,
• information on the right of withdrawal,
• the conditions and time limits for returning the goods,
• procedures in the event of a user complaint.

3. Purchase procedure

Purchase from the online shop in the following steps:

1. Selecting a product and adding it to your basket.
2. Check your basket and proceed to the checkout.
3. Enter your delivery details and choose your payment method.
4. Order confirmation.

After placing an order, the customer receives an email confirming the order.

4. Prices and VAT

All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT. Prices are valid at the time of order and are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the product and are shown separately before the order is finalised.

5. Payment methods

The online shop offers the following payment methods:

• Cash on delivery,
• by invoice (bank transfer),
• payment cards (MasterCard, Visa,…),
• via online payment systems (Google Pay, Apple Pay).

6. Delivery

The supplier will deliver the goods within the agreed timeframe, usually within 2-5 working days of receipt of payment or order confirmation. Delivery charges are shown at the time of order completion.

The Supplier reserves the right to refuse an order if the goods are out of stock or in the event of an obvious defect.

7. Right of withdrawal

The buyer (natural person) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.

The Buyer must return the goods undamaged and in the same condition, preferably in their original packaging. Unless otherwise agreed, the Buyer shall bear the costs of return.

8. Complaints and material defects

If the product is not as ordered on receipt (e.g. damaged, incorrect or materially defective), the customer has the right to make a complaint. In the event of a material defect, the Buyer may claim:

• to correct the error,
• replacing the product,
• a refund of the purchase price, or
• a proportionate reduction in price.

9. Protection of personal data

The Provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the User in accordance with the applicable legislation (ZVOP-2, GDPR). For more information, see Personal data protection (GDPR).

10. Complaints and dispute resolution

Any disputes will be settled amicably between the buyer and the supplier. If this is not possible, the court in Hrastnik has jurisdiction.

The Provider does not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider.

11. Final provisions

The General Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on the date of their publication on the website. The Provider reserves the right to make changes without prior notice. Any amendment shall become effective upon publication on the website.
