By using the online shop, the Customer acknowledges that he/she is aware of these General Terms and Conditions and agrees to them in full.
The Supplier undertakes to provide the following information to the Buyer at all times:
Purchase from the online shop in the following steps:
After placing an order, the customer receives an email confirming the order.
All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT. Prices are valid at the time of order and are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the product and are shown separately before the order is finalised.
The online shop offers the following payment methods:
The supplier will deliver the goods within the agreed timeframe, usually within 2-5 working days of receipt of payment or order confirmation. Delivery charges are shown at the time of order completion.
The Supplier reserves the right to refuse an order if the goods are out of stock or in the event of an obvious defect.
The buyer (natural person) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.
The Buyer must return the goods undamaged and in the same condition, preferably in their original packaging. Unless otherwise agreed, the Buyer shall bear the costs of return.

If the product is not as ordered on receipt (e.g. damaged, incorrect or materially defective), the customer has the right to make a complaint. In the event of a material defect, the Buyer may claim:

Any disputes will be settled amicably between the buyer and the supplier. If this is not possible, the court in Hrastnik has jurisdiction.
The Provider does not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider.

The General Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on the date of their publication on the website. The Provider reserves the right to make changes without prior notice. Any amendment shall become effective upon publication on the website.
